56 hours per fortnight
Eastern Palliative Care is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers home-based palliative care to clients and their carers living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.
We have a vacancy at our Wantirna based team for a Division 1 Nurse to provide clinical support to clients and advice to their families/carers.
To be successful, you will have:
• relevant experience in community or hospice-based palliative care
• registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• current drivers license and good driving history
Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team will be well regarded.
Some on-call and weekend work required.
