Each year EPC participates in an annual fundraising fun run (and walks) and we’d love you to join us!
EPC is a nominated charity for three very different and enjoyable fun runs each year. We have an autumn, winter and spring event for all ages and abilities to enjoy in the west, centre and east of the state.
Registered participants can fundraise for ‘Team EPC’ by simply setting up a fundraising page. If you’d like to be kept updated about these events, simply subscribe on-line to EPC so that current information is sent to you conveniently by e-mail. Each July, Team EPC is made up of anyone that would like to walk or run for 5km, run for 10 km or run the half marathon, around a beautiful scenic route in the heart of Melbourne.
Being part of 20,000 people participating in this event is exhilarating. Over 400 Australian charities have received $14m of funds raised at this event since it began in 2007.
In 2018 we raised $13,500 at our first ever EPC fun run! We’d love you to help us beat that target in 2019!

Bi-annual gala fundraising event

Do you have a fundraising idea? EPC invites you to create your own fundraising event to support our programs and services. Whether you are looking to hold a high tea, a footy match with your local club or a gala dinner in your town, EPC’s Fundraising Coordinator can be contacted to discuss your special event.
Fundraising and hosting an event is a fun way to raise money for EPC. All funds raised will help us fulfil our mission to care for and accompany the dying person and their caregivers in the final phase of life, upholding their dignity and respecting their spiritual, physical, emotional, cultural and social needs.
We are very proud our wonderful community fundraisers and encourage you to be inspired to become one of them!

Collection tins are available to place on your business’ counter. They are also available to take to your event to walk them around to raise money for EPC. All unopened tins to be returned to EPC to be acknowledged.

EPC is a not-for-profit organisation, serving a population of approximately one million people and is the largest single provider of community based palliative care services in Victoria. The majority of our funding comes from Government sources, but EPC also relies on community fundraising and donations to maintain the growing demand for our services and programs that we provide to clients, caregivers and families.
