EPC Locations
Eastern Palliative Care provides its service from 3 locally based teams: Wantirna, Nunawading and Kew.
Each team has a strong commitment to the local communities which they serve and is the public face for EPC within that community. Being a part of the one organisation, boundaries between care teams are flexible. This allows referrals to be co-ordinated between the teams based on the client needs and the teams capacity to respond at the time of referral. TELEPHONE NUMBER: 1300 130 813 (all teams)
